[NOTE]: This is a way for clients to track their own workouts. It's accountability. The completed form is automatically converted into a .pdf file and automatically email to both the client and you. Forms can be customized to your particular workout for an additional charge ($100)

To track your progress you can complete this journal each day. Most fields are optional so just track whatever information is important to YOU. Upon completion, a copy of your DAILY JOURNAL will be sent to both you and me with a .pdf file attachment. You can download the .pdf file and keep in a notebook.
